The prices are for the house inclusive of being met at Skopelos port and shown to the house.
1st May 2011 to 8th October 2011: £700 per week£110 per night
9th October 2011 to 27th April 2012 £350 per week
£100 per night
£900 per month
28th April 2012 to 5th October 2012 £750 per week
£115 per night
The minimum stay is 2 nights and the changeover day is flexible. In winter the rates for stays between 2 days and a week are negotiable.
A deposit of half the rent is payable at the time of booking and the balance eight weeks before the start of the rental period. This is non-refundable unless the house is relet for that period in which case a 10% handling charge will be made.
